NFl SALARIES
Dear Mr. Relioma
With reference to the case number GAPT 5282-07,
where you asked for a postponement of the date
9 July 2007 at 10:00, we reject your request with contempt.
Reasons:
1. Since this problem arose on the 13" of May 2007, the
NFl has had more than a month to find a solution for this, but
their efforts to do so have been pitiful.
2. In previous instances when a postponement was granted, the
NFl failed to solve any problem during that postponement.
3. Top management did not postpone the implementations of their
own salary increases to
2006 and 2007 when the workers were still on 2005 scales.
4. There are still 10 days in which to find a solution to the
problem of not awarding salaries in a fair way.
5. At least one member of the Council of the NFl, and one representative
of Top Management should be present at the CCMA meeting. Please
provide us with copies of the contracts of employment for the
CEO and the CFO by 5 July 2007.
6. Please inform us where the CEO will be at the time of the
CCMA case and the costs and benefits to the NFl.
Yours sincerely
